Why did you change job to Sampei Kogyo?
Only a good place for me was found.
I joined Sanpei Kogyo on mid-career recruitment. The reason why I decided this company was that I found only a good part for me.
I was thinking that I would like to work in a fixed place because I needed to move a lot in my previous job. In Sanpei Kogyo it was possible to do it. Also, although many JFE campus companies have work shifts between day shift and night shift, Sampei Kogyo has only day.Therefore,my life rhythms need not to be changed.This thing was also big point. I used to work as a construction manager, so I can use my skill as well. I thought that the atmosphere in my workplace seemed to be good, so I decided to select Sanpei Kogyo.

Construction and repair handled by Sampei Kogyo is diversity. From a super-large crane that unloads from the sea, to a hand rail attached to the stairs, it is variously large and small.
My job is to make a way to make it shape by listening to customer's request that "I want this kind of facility" "I want this to be fixed like this".
It is the so-called construction management work. Specifically, we go to the customer first to ask the story. Make a budget for construction. Then, we will talk with the members who actually do the construction and manage the schedule, the delivery date and so on.
When is a fun moment in work?
"Oh yeah this is it! This is just I imagined!" When my customer said that to me.
Sometimes I may be asked by customer "Can't you sketch, because I don't get the image?" In such a case, I will go to the workplace directly and I will make a sketch with my imagination that It'll be getting better in such a way.
When you see the image of completion, customer will be pleased that "Oh yeah this is it!" I am also very happy for that moment.

Since when have you had confidence about your work?
It is because my direct superior left me retired and I started being on trusted the work myself. After that naturally I started working more. Also, when I started being a responsible person of my work, my view point of it was changed. I was able to ask my boss so far, but I will not be able to do so when I become the responsible person. In order to proceed with the work, I began listening to details more where I should listen. It was the reason my attitude toward my work had been changed.
Is there something to do with your coworker in private?
Yes. I started going to mountain climbs, and the trigger was my company's senior. I climbed Mt. Fuji. That is a rich and memorable experience. Lol
After that, I am in the baseball club of Sanpei Kogyo. Our activity is held about every two weeks. After working, everyone gathers at a sports ground nearby my company, and we're sweating about three hours from 17:30. The baseball club is in serious mode, and it is also in the top rank in JFE Steel sponsored competitions.

I want to emphasize the training of juniors. Now my juniors move on thinking on his own and I am very saved. If I entrusted more work to my juniors, I would also want to take various qualifications and expand the range of my work.

As a construction manager, it is important to work with your supervisor, customers, craftsmen, colleagues, and people of various positions well. And also, since your school days I think it is good to communicate with as many people as possible, not just with friends.

I like exercise.
I belong to the Sampei Kogyo baseball club. After that, my hobby is golf, climbing. It is also a hobby to train my body in a sports gym. The next day of training I may also have muscle pain. It feels good, because I can feel that "I'm being trained!"
