Since our company's founded, we are engaged in maintenance and remodeling of steelworks facilities. Currently, based on the accumulated know-how, we have installed and maintenanced a lot of mechanical facilities in various places of West Japan works-Fukuyama of JFE steel corporation. We play a part of them.

01. Construction management
We are preparing working instructions and construction process for safely and smoothly performing construction.
02. Piping repair / replacement
We are doing welding of delicate piping that requires X - ray inspection, reinforcement (doubling) of piping of existing equipment, renewal and replacement of piping including valves, cleaning of piping, etc.
03. Machine maintenance
We give an overhaul of solid of revolution such as pumps and motors(disassembly, cleaning, assembly), and also replacement of expendable items such as bearings, centering, and chain adjustment of conveyor chain.
04. Welding
TIG welding, arc welding, semi-automatic welding and other technologies are used to install pipes and thin steel plates, repair, update and remodeling of plant facilities.
05. Equipment inspection (maintenance agency service)
Survey the replacement timing by measuring the concentration of iron powder contained in grease of bearings (iron powder concentration measurement) and examining the friction state. In addition, it measures the roughness of the roller surface through which the steel sheet passes and inspects the degree of corrosion of the metal by measuring the wall thickness, and plays an important role to prevent the breakdown of factory equipment in advance.
06. Painting and coating peeling
We repaint the coating that has peeled off due to aged deterioration, paint work at the time of equipment renewal, and paint peeling to check the bare metal surface as a pretreatment process. We also paint pipes to distinguish fluid (water, steam, gas, acid etc.) and paint to prevent metal corrosion.
07. Equipment inspection
Quality assurance that inspects the welded part when welding new piping and factory equipment etc. There is also a maintenance inspection that prevents aging plant equipment and holes of pipes due to friction between metal and the mixture of water and foreign matter flowing through the pipe. Since these tests are conducted using special equipment and solutions, it is a major feature that we can do without destroying the equipment.
08. Thermal insulation installation / dismantling
We install and disassemble insulation materials for piping and factory equipment requiring soundproofing, anti-cooling, refractory and heat resistance. The thermal insulation material also functions to prevent burns by touching high temperature piping and to prevent freezing of liquid flowing in piping.
09. Scaffold assembly / demolition
We are assembling and disassembling the scaffold to perform high place work.
