Why did you join?
It is intuition.
There was no particular reason, while I was looking for the job.I went to visit two companies in JFE works that my teacher brought company brochure. What I felt like having fun with a lot of people from the 20 generation to the 30 generation and being friendly. I decided on Sanpei Kogyo with intuition when I saw the atmosphere of the company.
What is the content of the job?
Get rid of the dirt that said
"It can not be taken anymore."
Using a high pressure jet cleaner, we clean pipe in the factory, clean heat exchangers (equipment that heats and cools objects), and strips solids. Various technical terms come out, but the primary objective isGet rid of the dirt "It can not be taken anymore"It makes me feel very pleasing when I remove dirty parts.
I'm pleased when the workers of the factory said to me " Amazing ", after cleaning. I like to move the body, so it is better to shoot down the dirt using guns than the detailed work of the hand.

To be honest, I did not think that I would like this job so much when I first joined the company. I can say it now, but I think that I did not think strongly to remember my work. I got qualified and began to hit with jet actually and I felt like "interesting!" In Sanpei Kogyo, we call a jet cleaner "Jetman". When I got confidence in work is the time that my senior who is like " Jet of sanpei kogyo is this person " praised me. As a professional I always have a feeling that " I won't lose anymore with my jet cleaning skill".

Is there anything important in your job?
First of all it is physical strength! (Laugh) On the contrary it's okay if we have physical strength. The water pressure of the gun will be the maximum 700Kg, so you must support that reaction. Even when I get old, I want to use jet , so I am careful not to lose my physical strength.
Please tell me if there is an episode "Entertaining!" After joining the company.
It is awesome when my customer said to me that "The dirt could not be taken anymore, but it was removed! Thank you!" Besides, when I went to places that can not be done by other companies. I was praised "You're pretty quickly, and remove the dirt certainly. It has to be Sanpei."

I have a wife and three children. On my day off, I go to nursery schools and elementary schools and go to the park. I go on a trip in summer vacation once a year.
If you could advise yourself the day you just joined the company, what would you tell?
Because I was losing a little motivation, after a few years I found a job I like and I am enjoying my work. I would like to say.

First, I want to use the jet even when I get old. I am not good at teaching, so I want to improve my teaching skill.
For students, is there anything to remember,or to get the skills in order to be active in Sampei Kogyo?
Just don't lose heart.
However, Sanpei is a bit special and there are various departments. You can try a department and go to another department if you do not agree.
Even if you think that you're not good at talking, or not good at telling your feelings, our seniors make good atmosphere. Therefore, I think you can get used to gradually.

The nozzle that sprays water is called the lance stick. When the length of this bar is suitable for yourself, it becomes hard to get tired, so this part is important . When we clean the place like 5m forward, we can't reach normally. This stick length becomes very long for that. Therefore, I use it that suits me as much as possible.
